FILSON SCOPED RIFLE CASE

Let's get one thing out the way right off the bat: this is not a cheap gun case. In fact, we can name more than a few guns that cost significantly less than this case alone. But, that's a far cry from calling it overly expensive; having been made right down there in the United States by arguably the best outdoor clothiers on this continent, the Filson scoped gun case justifies its price by having a lifespan that's probably significantly longer than many of the various guns that cost less than it. Constructed from 100% cotton twill that's treated to Filson's signature oil finish, the $320 case is water repellent on the outside, and cosseting on the inside, having been lined with a soft cotton cloth and some significant padding. All hardware is solid brass, including the zipper, while the leather nose cap is made of deer hide. The shoulder strap and its associated pieces are all genuine bridle leather. So, given all that, it comes as no surprise that this case carries the same guarantee Filson products have since 1897: "We guarantee every item purchased from us. No more, no less. Your satisfaction is the sole purpose of our transaction."
